"I can say without hesitation that I would use Emperial again for any hardwood floors project and could easily recommend to family and friends. We had new hardwoods installed in one room and the adjacent hardwoods repaired and refinished to match. The floors are beautiful and match perfectly. We redid the floors in conjunction with a staircase remodel, and Ricky's team ended up finishing the staircase when we were not satisfied with the finish the staircase company had left us with. The entire Emperial team was courteous, prompt, efficient and left the house very clean. My last experience truly reflect's the staff's friendly and caring nature. My two-year-old poured hand sanitizer on the recently refinished floors and left areas that looked like they had been bleached. I called for advice and Ricky came out and fixed all of the spots for me at no charge (all this two days before Christmas, no less). Truly outstanding service that went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks!"
