"I got quotes from 5 different companies and after meeting with Tom- he was on time, professional, thorough, etc - we decided to go with Apex. Their quote was competitive, and he told me they wouldn't be the cheapest because they use high quality materials, use a certain type of nail, use three rails instead of two, dig their posts a certain way, and use a crew that works together only on fences all the time- not just picking up whatever day laborers happen to be available. I was sold on their value. Tom did not disappoint. He was easy to reach and reliable, which I appreciate. The office manager also was prompt to send us their certificate of insurance via e-mail. The crew showed up as promised on time and completed the work with NO mess and quickly and professionally. There was an issue with where a corner was marked, and they had already set the posts - so it was not going to be easy to fix - BUT, the crew chief and Tom both were wonderful and fixed it right away to our desire. At the end of the day - we have a beautiful fence and would recommend Apex to ANYONE- it was a great experience, and is better than I had hoped!"
